The thing is---I cannot imagine Sarah Palin editing the Harvard Law review, which deals with many super educated views of several supreme court decisions. But, with a huge, generous effort, I can almost see her getting a passing grade on a ninth grade civics test. If it was multiple choice, and somebody coached her.
