Why does Slay feel it is necessary to have a thug like Rainford to bully any and all? Maida Coleman could never defeat Slay. And yet Slay sponsors a hatchet job like this, just so Rainford can do what he does best (and which he loves best): bully people. St. Louis voters get what they deserve. Just like the cops say about black on black crime, "this type of behavior will continue as long as it is tolerated."
