What will Governor Jay Nixon do when it comes to local control of the St. Louis Police Department?

That’s the question many are wondering as the state-controlled police board sits with two vacancies and the Missouri Legislature is strongly considering passing a bill to finally return to the citizens of St. Louis control of their police department.
