House Speaker Tilley on his decision to honor Rush Limbaugh

Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives Steven Tilley talks about his decision to induct radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh into the Hall of Famous Missourians at the Missouri State Capitol.

The speaker has sole discretion over who to induct into the Hall which is located on the third floor of the State Capitol. The busts honoring the Hall members are paid for through private fundraising. Tilley last week inducted Buck O’Neil into the hall…and plans on also honoring Dred Scott with a bust.
